Editing Services

Developmental editing is a review of the structure and flow of the manuscript. We make suggestions to improve organization, fill in gaps, remove extraneous material, and clarify key points.

Copyediting is checking for errors in grammar and spelling, and looking for any inconsistencies of style and usage. We refer to the style guide that is most appropriate for your project.

Reference editing is checking references for accuracy, assuring that all citations appear in the reference list (and vice versa), and arranging references in the correct order.

Formatting is structuring the appearance of the manuscript to comply with the specifications of your target publication or of the graduate school.
